Our phone lines

Our customer services team will be attending a company-wide briefing today, Thursday 8 May. Our phone lines will be open from 8am to 1.45pm, then diverted to our Emergency Out Of Hours service until 3pm. After 3pm, our customer services team will be back to assist you until 5pm.

In the meantime, you can still use our online portal, MyGolding, to report repairs, check your statement, or pay your rent.
